This Privacy Policy sets forth the general terms and conditions for the processing and protection of Users’ personal data collected during their use of the Website and when they order (purchase) goods sold by the Seller—individual entrepreneur Kristina Yaroslavivna Bilozir (EDRPOU 3417612765)

The User’s consent to the processing of their personal data may be implied by their actions, in particular by continuing to use the Website after the User has had the opportunity to review this Privacy Policy.
1.3. The User must immediately cease using the Website if they do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

User – an individual who uses the Website and/or places an order (purchase) for goods sold by the Seller. 3. Collection of Personal Data and Other Information.
3.1. While using the website, the following information about the User may be collected:– first and last name;– phone number;– email address;– address and information about the postal service provider’s branch specified by the User when ordering a product.
3.2. In addition to the information listed above, the following information may also be collected while using the website:– cookies;– the User’s IP address;– the User’s behavior on the Website.
3.3. The Seller may automatically collect non-personal information about the User, i.e., information that does not allow for the direct or indirect identification of the User, including the User’s browser type or information about the website from which the User accessed the Site.
4. Purpose of processing and retention periods for personal data.
4.1. The Seller collects information regarding the User’s first and last name, email address, phone number, address, and the postal service branch specified by the User when ordering goods, for the purpose of organizing and carrying out cooperation between us, specifically to identify orders, process them, and deliver them. Such information is stored for three years from the date of the last order placed on the website.
4.2. The Seller collects the User’s email address and phone number to communicate with them, including to send promotional information about the Seller’s activities. Such information is stored for three years from the date of the last order placed on the website. The User has the right at any time to opt out of receiving SMS messages and emails containing the information specified in this section.
4.3. The User’s address and information regarding the postal service provider’s branch, as provided by the User when ordering goods, are collected for the purpose of delivering the goods ordered by the Customer. Such information is retained for three years from the date of the last payment made to the Seller.
4.4. Information regarding cookies, the User’s IP address, and the User’s behavior on the Website is collected to tailor marketing and advertising activities offered on the Website or third-party services, and to monitor general and individual User activity. Such information is stored for three years from the date of the last order placed on the Site.
4.5. The Seller does not collect or store your payment information. Such information may be collected and stored by banks and/or financial institutions in accordance with their internal policies.
5. User Rights
5.1. The user has the right:
5.1.1. to know the sources of collection, the location of their personal data, the purpose of its processing, the location or place of residence (stay) of the owner or controller of personal data, or to issue a corresponding instruction to authorized persons to obtain this information, except in cases established by law;
5.1.2. receive information regarding the conditions for granting access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom their personal data is transferred;
5.1.3. to access their personal data;
5.1.4. to receive, no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided for by law, a response as to whether their personal data is being processed, as well as to receive the content of such personal data;
5.1.5. to submit a reasoned request to the personal data controller objecting to the processing of their personal data;
5.1.6. to submit a reasoned request for the modification or deletion of their personal data by any personal data controller or processor if such data is processed unlawfully or is inaccurate;
5.1.7. to protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, or damage resulting from intentional concealment, failure to provide, or untimely provision of such data, as well as to protect against the disclosure of information that is inaccurate or defamatory to the honor, dignity, and business reputation of a natural person;
5.1.8. to file complaints regarding the processing of their personal data with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or with a court;
5.1.9. to seek legal remedies in the event of a violation of personal data protection laws;
5.1.10. to make reservations regarding restrictions on the right to process their personal data when giving consent;
5.1.11. to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
5.1.12. to be informed of the mechanism for the automated processing of personal data;
5.1.13. to be protected against automated decisions that have legal consequences for them.
5.2. A User who intends to exercise their rights under Section

6. Access to Personal Data by Third Parties
6.1. Users’ personal data may be disclosed to third parties in the following cases:6.1.1. with the User’s written consent;
6.1.2. in cases provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine and this Privacy Policy;
6.1.3. if it is necessary to transfer data to the Seller’s partners (contractors, etc.) for the purpose of performing legal acts (fulfilling obligations) related to the User, including to fulfill the User’s order and deliver goods to them.
6.2. The Seller reserves the right to provide anonymized data to any third parties.
7. Procedure for Protecting Confidential Information
7.1. The Seller processes personal data using legal, organizational, and technical measures to prevent accidental loss, destruction, and/or unlawful processing, including unlawful destruction of or access to personal data.
7.2. The Seller’s employees and third parties engaged by the Seller for the purpose of cooperation between the Seller and the User have access only to the personal data necessary for them to perform their duties.
7.3. The deletion and destruction of Users’ personal data is carried out in a manner that precludes the subsequent restoration of such personal data.
8. Other Provisions
8.1. The Seller has the right to unilaterally amend the terms of this Privacy Policy without notifying the User. Changes to the Policy take effect upon their publication on the Website.
8.2. If any provision of these Rules is deemed invalid by any competent state authority of Ukraine, this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provisions of these Rules, which shall remain fully valid unless otherwise provided by the laws of Ukraine.
8.3. Disputes arising between the Parties regarding the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations.
8.4. Disputes between the Parties that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be settled by a competent court of Ukraine in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
