Return and Exchange Conditions

You can exchange and return goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

The exchange and return of goods is carried out if the specified goods have not been used, their marketable appearance, consumer properties, seals, factory labels, and original packaging are preserved, as well as upon presentation of a document confirming the fact of purchase.

International Returns

International orders are returned via local postal services in your country (e.g., USPS, DHL, or others).

Return conditions:

• the goods have not been used

• the marketable appearance, packaging, and labels are preserved

Important:

• the cost of return shipping is paid by the customer

• when arranging the shipment, please indicate "Return of goods" in the customs declaration

This will help avoid additional customs duties when returning to Ukraine. After arranging the shipment, please send us the tracking number.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving the item.

When making a purchase with Nova Poshta delivery, free return processing is possible through the application with the Easy Return service. In other cases, the buyer pays for the shipping cost of the return.
